Ervington Investments Acquires 10% Interest In Waste2Tricity, Provider Of Waste To Energy Solutions

Deal Summary

Ervington Investments Ltd., an investment company owned by Roman Abramovich, acquired 10% interest in Waste2Tricity Ltd, a provider of waste to energy solutions.

Following the transaction, Paul Heagren, a long standing employee of Abramovich will join as a non-executive director of Waste2Tricity.
